We first met Jim 3 years ago when we were selling our condo. Before finding Jim we had THREE different real estate agents! Each one did NOT do what they said, when they said, and they NEVER answered their phone. Obviously, there was no selling the condo with them. My experience with Jim Dahl, was amazing. I would receive emails of homes weekly and I would pick out the homes that I wanted to see in person. Jim never did waste my time, nor did he take me to homes that I did not want to see. Jim went above and beyond his duties to help me out, I was out of the country for two months and he still sent me listings and kept me updated while I was gone on homes. When I got back he took me to a new home and I fell in love with the home. Jim helped me out with the whole process, including the final walk through on the home. Without Jim, I don't think I would have had a great experience. He made the process of buying a home less stressful than it could have been.

Jim, Your knowledge of internet marketing was a real key in getting both showings and our house sold. The number of weekly hits that our house received was consistently above other houses, and the design of our virtual tour really gave potential buyers a beautiful preview of our house.
